Dr. Stephen Pizzale

Dr. Stephen Pizzale MD, FRCPC FACC is a staff cardiologist at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. He received his medical degree at the University of Ottawa in 2009. He then completed his internal medicine residence training at McMaster University. Dr. Pizzale completed his general cardiology fellowship training at McMaster University. Dr. Pizzale is a clinical cardiologist with a broad based general cardiology practice with a focus on patient care and non-invasive cardiac risk stratification.

Dr. Pizzale holds additional certification in both echocardiography and nuclear cardiology by the National Board of Echocardiography and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology respectively. When he is not working hard caring for patients in the hospital or in the clinic, Dr. Pizzale can be found enjoying the great outdoors surrounding his hometown of Barrie with his wife and three young children.
